So, in case you hadn't heard, pot is illegal again in Canada.
The new law (created, by the way, by the Ontario Supreme Court rather than any elected body) doesn't really improve things over the way things were last year; by keeping pot criminal, it makes targets of those using it for medical purposes.
One would hope that this is one of the issues that Martin's government will handle next year, but I suspect that it woin't be dealt with until Martin sees how things are after the big fight on same sex marriages.

What I'm curious about is how pot prices will change based on this. Any thoughts from black market economists?
