I would be incredibly amused if we ended up not cooking at all the entire time. If nothing else, I'll be wanting a container for chili flakes. Maybe one of the larger ones...

I think the sooner sets of Friday/Monday/Tuesday are our best bets, assuming the weather is nice - I promised Lizard the entire weekend of the 28-30th, and I want to make sure there's time to re-plan if we hit any snags on the test run.
