Back is out. I'm working from home today while I hobble around with a cane - driving seems to make it worse. I'd hoped it would be improved this morning. Not so much. At 9, I am going to call and see if I can get in to see an RMT today. I am trying to avoid taking anything with advil in it because my stomach is pretty upset to begin with.

I have my fingers crossed you can get into see the RMT today. Hobbling is just no fun. :(

I'm really lucky that I was able to work from home today, so I could get a mid-day appointment.
