Which also means you can drive in the US! I used to head North of the border from college - a couple hours and we were in Ottawa. We never had a real plan, so we accomplished nothing - but it didn't stop us.
Now I have an urge to look around and dig up my international driver's license, to see all the places I'm allowed to drive (at least until it expires, which is in April, IIRC). I know one of them's Afghanistan.
