Baby Cthulu's eyes just strated streaming some kind of gas. I'm not sure exactly what this means, but it can't bode well for the continued existance of life on this planet.

This makes the second of the Things that has had pressure issues - if I made you one, you might want to open up the jar once in a while and let it air out. I'm not enitrely sure what is producing that gas - my best guess is that the gloss coating is breaking down or something. I may try one without any coating on the next batch to see if that works out better. The other alternative, I suppose, is that the coating is wearing away, and the water is doing something to the sculpey.

Mark is going to be so pissy. The pig is in a box somewhere in the garage, as he wanted the house to look all nice and 'normal' for trying to sell it.

Ugh. That was a stupid idea to begin with, boxing it the garage. No heat. Damn. One more headache, wonder if I can pass it right down to him and make him look for it.

I think light and heat make the process worse, so if it's in a cool garage in a box, it should be ok - even Baby Cthulu didn't start gassing until I poked it this morning.

I am currently looking at mine and he seems fine. No gas, no bubbles, no coming to life and destroying the world. But I ain't gonna poke it.
