This morning's dream had two parts. The first was very unsettling, and seems to have left me in a bad mood.

The second part featured food-induced zombies and superhero vampires (caused by weird worm things), hideous medical transformations and experimentation, and a shopping mall, so that at least wasn't too upsetting to finish with.

My brain seems to be latching on to food consisting of small brown pellets as untrustworthy; yesterday they let you read latin, this morning they turned you into a zombie thing.

Yeah, I go through cycles of loss dreams. They suck. I blame the worm theme on a video I saw online recently where a colony of tiny worms had nested in some guy's face, crawling through his pores, and a video clip on the same blag from a movie involving zombie worm things.
