Booklog

I've gone off-goal for a bit, serious book-wise.

34. The Somnambulist by Jonathan Barnes

A Victorian stage magician and his giant mute assistant. They fight crime! Good Victorian silliness.

35. Furies of Calderon by Jim Butcher

re-read

36. Academ's Fury by Jim Butcher

re-read

37. Cursor's Fury by Jim Butcher

re-read

And that's it for 2009. 2010 begins with finishing my re-read of the Codex Alera series in preparation for diving in to the sixth and final book.

I really loved the Somnambulist. There's a sequel (set in the same universe, not a direct sequel) coming out this year, and I'm definitely going to get it.

Were the characters in the Somnambulist named Argus and Caw?

Interesting summary of The Somnambulist. I have to confess that I would not sum it up as "silliness".

Um, yeah, I did. Unless there was a resurrection that I missed, the ending left me focusing on not-silliness.
