Hmm, hmmm, well in Oakville I found a nice apartment that was 950 sq ft, it had everything, inluding $300/month taxes, $500/month condo fees and cost $200,000.

So I choose Brampton, where it was 1200sq ft, 400 condo fees 200 taxes and about $50,000 less

Plus my girlfriend has more of a say then his fiance
