Bah.

Just spent way too much time trying to turn these into an LJ icon, but cannot get all seven boots animated in without going over 40 kb.

Tried out fitday.com today. Guessed wildly about the nutritional content of my chicken curry stew. Which should make this week interesting since I expect I'll be eating that same stew most of this week. Gym kicked my ass tonight, tomorrow is a training session which I expect to also kick my ass.

If you don't want to guess and the ingrediants are mostly from scratch then you can look up the Canadian Nutrition Guide, I have a 30MB Access database of it. Otherwise the products that are packaged should have the nutrition on it.

i generally try to calculate how much goes into an entire recipe, and then divide it all by how many servings i get out of it (or divide each item amount by how many servings the batch made).

I am not fond of fitday, personally. Unless they've changed it drastically since I moved over to SparkPeople.
