Today mostly sucked ass.

Good things;

* Free dinner from work
* Gym! I credit endorphins with kicking me out of a truly foul mood.
* Despite 3 weeks without gym, I appear to have lost 4 lbs - we'll see if that loss holds, particularly with free dinner.
