The caffeine from the cup of tea this afternoon seems to have triggered a manic phase.
I remember when I could get his motivated to do things without harmful chemical intervention.
I don't know how well I am going to sleep tonight, though. the warm milk and rum doesn't seem to have done more than take the edge off of the buzz.
I am going to go to bed and read about Miles Vorkosigan until I get sleepy.
I want sushi.
