For those who've been lucky enough to miss out on it, LJ has a number of communities that are "Pro-mia" or "pro-ana". Mia and ana standing for bulemia and anorexia. these communities advocate bulimia and anorexia, or at least emulating the behaviours thereof, as a healthy lifestyle, and a good way to look thin. Yes, there are people so thoroughly nuts. These folks also cause trouble by picking fights with communities for large women, or healthy weight loss.
