Much panic. Lizard sliced her hand open with a bread knife. Within 10-15 minutes of that, we were in the emergency room at Sunnybrook, putting on masks and filling out forms.
We were back home in just over an hour of getting to the hospital. Very quick, because only walkins go to Sunnybrook right now, because the critical care unit is closed due to SARS.
So, we're back, and the Lizard is finally fed. And the caffeine and stress have done horrible things to me. I'm not sure if I'll be able to sleep.
I'm going to try warm milk and bourbon.
on the plus side, I got quite a bit set up in linux; sound is finally working, and my drives are all mapped and mounted as I want them to be. I shoudl try to sleep soon...
