I feel like poop. I have a massive headache, and what I think are the beginnings of a sore throat and fever. No muscle aches and coughing yet, though, so it's likely not SARS.
My energy level is shit this week... my body is, I think extracting revenge for the stressed slackitude of the past couple weeks. My nutritionist mentioned that Monday and Tuesday my immune system was likely going to be weaker due to my post-friday crash.
Emotionally, I just feel washed out.
