I'm dumb... I forgot to take my pill this morning, so today was full of anxiety, and I fell asleep almost instantly upon getting in a moving vehicle.

This also probably explains why I was having anxiety spasms about communicating with anyone today...

I will try to be more meaningful tomorrow.


I should sleep now...
