Lessons for the day

• This things I am most afraid of, that terrify me to my deepest core, are things that have already happened. Bad things, yes. But they happened, and I survived.


• I can't keep waiting for the right moment. There may never be a right moment. I have to say the things I need to say. All waiting is going to do is help me feel miserable.
