I did some more looking into the Peach Berserk workshops. They cost $169 per person, plus tax, and run from 11am to 8pm on Sundays. This gets you everything you need, and seems to be a pretty thorough course, which makes me want to take it more.

neeuqdrazil and corwin77, are you still interested? Any votes for good Sundays? The available dates seem to be more up to date on the main page - the first date with openings would be Sat. Sept 23rd or Sun. Sept. 24th. I'm leaning towards some time in October, myself.
