I like the second one much better than the first. It's got a little more edge to it - the first is softer. And I think they're definitely more technically proficient than they were when they recorded the first one.

Plus, it's got "Worse Things", which is by far my favourite song of theirs. If you've seen them live, you may remember it - it's a very pretty but somewhat psychotic-sounding song in 3/4 time, very piano-heavy, the lyrics of which include burning someone's house down because they wouldn't answer their phone.
