I went to the gym last night, and had a good workout. I figured out that I'd been cheating when I lift weights, and stopped doing so. It made a big difference.
Also, the juice bar at the gym is now open until 9pm, so I can get a peanut-butter-and-banana smoothie after working out. yum!
It looks like we may be playing Amber this weekend which will be nice; I've been wanting to play for a while. Though, since K & C are booked up until after xmas, this weekend may not work out. We will see.
