ok. I did my month sober,

Now, Zil is gone for the weekend, so, as usual, I have booze (one bottle of wine, and two drinks of scotch; lagavulin and oban) and clove cigarette. Also, curgothian firesteak.

Now, I drink water, and maybe eat a couple peanut butter and chocolate oreos...
