Well, it's official.
My blood pressure is back up to dangerous levels.
I knew I'd been slipping a bit in my diet and exercise regime, but apparently I've been worse than I'd thought
So, I need to stop eating fried foods entirely, no more desserts.
I probably can't afford to skip the gym or kung fu any more.
i don't now how well that's going to work with my plan to sleep on a regular basis though.
