One nice thing to happen recently; I got a new laptop at work. It's got a lot of nice toys, like a DVD player and a built-in wireless card that I can't get to work, but most importantly, it has a big hard drive. Why is this important? Well, over the past few years, I've figured out that using a CD-ROM drive, especially a laptop CD-ROM drive, to play mp3s from a CD all day is a good way to burn out the motot on the drive. So, with the big HDD, I can copy all my mp3s from CD to HDD and shuffle through the whole collection. Not quite as nice as my collection at home, but pretty nice nonetheless.

So, I finally have music again!
