If you want good westerns, I will bring you some. Pale Rider is good, Good the Bad and the Ugly, you have GOT to have seen Young Guns. Unforgiven is well known. Jesus. I'm just bringing my entire Clint Eastwood selection over.
It's prolly not gonna meet with much agreement but I've always liked Wild Wild West. The back and forth between Kenneth Brannagh and Will Smith is great! And although they may not be exactly what you mean by western I got suggest El Mariachi, Desperado, and Once Upon A Time in Mexico. And we finish the list with The Quick and The Dead. Those are my suggestions, I'm sure they will not be the most popular choices but meh.
While I liked Wild Wild West, it's more steampunk than Western, really. I've been planning to see the El Mariachi trilogy at some point; I've never seen any of them.
The best Westerns: Blazing Saddles (Not really a western but mel Brooks rocks) Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (Paul Newman rocks as an old guy and this is him as a young(ish) guy) The Wild Bunch (This is supposed to be a western version of the Seven Samuri, or was that the Magnificant Seven) The Searchers (this is the Best John Wayne movie, and one of Steven Spielberg's favourites)
