I actually managed to remember two dreams last night. Part of this is likely because I slept pretty poorly, and can remember waking up at least 5 times.
The first dream, I can only recall part of. I was at a party of some sort, and several of the attendees were women I have known in the past, and found attractive. I was trying to find excuses to flex and show off my muscles (which, in the dream, were more impressive than they are in real life). The women saw through my pretenses, and chided me for it, while acknowledging that I was in pretty good shape, and was looking good. The end emotional result was embarrassed and flattered. After that, I was walking outside in an alley. The dream was unusual in that it was in mostly black and white, with a few flashes of colour, ala Sin City - my tattoos were in colour, as was the shirt and hair of one of the women.
The second dream had me at a building that seemed like a modern university/college type building, near a food court area. Some kind of disease/disaster/nuclear war type thing happened, and everyone started dying - the deaths were painful, and widespread, and I was one of the people who died in the initial wave. Before I actually died, though, something "reset" me, and I was back shortly before the Event, armed with foreknowledge of what was coming. So, I prepared myself as best I could, and tried to save as many people as possible.
I ended up with a group of people, hiding out in my grandmother's house. I knew that
neeuqdrazil wasn't there, and worrying about her. The people in the house were stressed, and began to argue as time went on. Two of the young kids died - we found thier corpses in the shower upstairs. The house had boxes of chocolate bars, which we were using for food. I was the only one, besides my grandmother, who would eat the Big Turk bars. It was clear the my grandmother had become infected/affected by the big bad thing, and was dying - it was kind of like the person who gets bitten in a zombie movie, but no one has the heart to shoot. she was getting bloated, and her skin was mottled with green and pink patches. At one point, someone claiming to represent "the authorities" came to the house, and we all armed ourselves. After a tense conversation, he left. I think that was around the point I woke up.

My disturbing dream had me trapped in another country that was like India, but not really India. We were in constant danger of armed militants and if we did not eat our food the way we were exactly told or couldn't correctly type memos in 12 minutes or less, we would have to prostitute ourselves. No, I don't understand it either.

I am so glad I don't live inside your subconscious mind.
I'd likely end up dead in a shower somewhere.
