I forgot to mention in all the fiddling with LJ last night; I went to the doctor yesterday to hear about the results from my last phsyical.

My cholesterol and triglycerides are all apparently in the "normal" range now. I am actually healthy. Still too fat, but otherwise healthy. This is good.

That's really good news. I'm about to go through the process of cleaning up my diet to reduce cholesterol. How did you do it?

Diet an exercise, mainly - it's taken something like three years of regular trips to the gym, cutting down my fat intake, and eating more HDL promoting foods like oatmeal, flax (which apparently can make a huge difference), and losing weight.
