Since I know there are a lot of Amber DRPG people who read my LJ, but no longer read the AML - recent discussion brings up an entertaining idea for the eternal "Flora: WTF does a GM do with her?" problem. Flora as Martha Stewart, including the business sense, etc. I wonder if Martha carries a grenade in her purse?

It's not an exciting example, but IMC, Florimel has spent nearly the most time in Amber, even with her guarding of Corwin. As a result, she tends to know the most about the noble families, the craft guilds, the upper social scene, and many of the business markets that a woman might easily 'encroach' upon.

For instance, she's one of the wealthier scions of Oberon. She speculates a bit in the real estate market of Amber town.

Gah, I just wish people IMC would interact with her more. She's great, and people have mostly used her IMC as a babysitting service and comfort nookie.

I've never read the Amber Mailing List. Mainly because 90% of mailing lists I've ever glanced at look like I should skip 90% of the mail they send.

The AML is a shadow of what it was five years ago. You aren't missing much.

Grenades are too messy, probably a pistol w/silencer though. ;)

The product of a couple of drinks, but...

Flora is potentially one of the more deadly offspring of Oberon. At this point of inebriation I can certainly see her as a combination of Caine and Bleys in the body of a woman. Defininately, dangerous!
