Red mousse hair dye - the Color Pulse stuff. (The idea being that because his hair was already beaten up enough, he shouldn't do another permanent dye.)

Blue hair is expressly forbidden by the "business casual" dress code - only "natural" shades are permitted for hair. No one offical has said anything about the purply hair so far, though, so I think I'm getting away with it for today.
