1. Grumpmas shopping done.
2. 14 days of not-work starting at 4pm today.
3. I do not have to enter a mall today.

I am going for lunch to a buffet restaurant that includes chicken feet in its offerings.

Chicken feet are a Chinese delicasy! I, however, will not be eating the chicken feet since they are too fatty for my taste, and a lot of work, since there's a lot of bones in them.

The radish cakes and steamed pork buns, however, will be mine.

It's... a sort of square white slab made from some kind of radish and fried. The radish makes it mildly spicy! I'd suggest you come for dim sum with us some time, but dim sum can be risky for people with allergies, since one generally has no idea what is in anything.

If it's the food I think you're talking about, it's not actually made from radishes although there is radish in it. It's a type of rice cake that's square and fried. The spicy bits are from the Chinese sausage bits they put in it.

I should take you for more different dim sum sometime, northern cuisine. When we move into our new place, there's a restaurant up the street. When my aunt came to visit last time, my whole family went there. Pez had a good time, although he didn't know any of what he ate. ^_^
