Take the vegan feta to make greek salad, and those veggie souvlaki skewers we had at the birthday bash, add some good pita and make some tzatziki from vegan yogurt/sour cream + roasted garlic, and some grilled veggies... mmm. I think I know what I'm doing next time I go to a BBQ type thing.
