A relaxed weekend of sleep and nerdiness is what I needed. I'm feeling relatively recharged, and ready to go into a week of heavy exercise and relatively clean living.
The humidity is awful tonight. We've got the bedroom AC unit set to dehumidify, and I think that I am now going to go retreat to the bedroom to read for a bit.
