Update

A relaxed weekend of sleep and nerdiness is what I needed. I'm feeling relatively recharged, and ready to go into a week of heavy exercise and relatively clean living.

The humidity is awful tonight. We've got the bedroom AC unit set to dehumidify, and I think that I am now going to go retreat to the bedroom to read for a bit.

Speaking of humidity, you're lucky you skipped DR last night -- no AC!!! It was a freaking sauna in there -- heatstroke levels of hot and humid. Nasty.
