Good and bad

Good: I think this cold is mostly done.

Bad: I think the pharmacist gave me the wrong pills last night. They look different than my usual meds, and have a number on them that doesn't match anything that should be in the dosage. I'll be going back to check in a bit.

Good: My Cthulu carols are in! I will go get them when I go to get my drugs fixed.

Bad: Kareoke at work

Good: Leaving work early.

Bad: I think taking the wrong meds this morning has left me a tad out of whack.

Good: Wintersong tonight

Good: Mulled beer tonight

ETA: Yup, they gave me the wrong dosage. I have the right pills now, but that does explain why I'm so tired and stupid today.

Also, my Cthulu Carols came with song books!!!! And a Tentacle Stocking!

Seriously I had a meds mix up once that was horrible. One of the drug I was taking sounds like a certain heart medicine. Guess what I took for two days before realizing?

Statistics show this kinda crap happens all the time.

I dropped that pharmacist so fast he got rug burn (and not the pleasant knees only kind that you can relish for days afterward).

I took one bottle of chimay (750 ml), one bottle of hard cider (650 ml) plus a splash of soft cider, and some sugar, and heated with a cheesecloth bag filled with cinnamon, clove, star anise, orange zest and sliced ginger. Try not to boil it or the alcohol escapes!
