TechShop, in SF, among other places, looks really awesome. I wonder if there's anything even remotely like that here in TO?

That's seriously awesome! And I hadn't heard of it! It's about 45 minutes away from me. I think I'll canvass the locals and then go take a class... Will pair with the far closer-to-me Crucible, where I'm planning on taking an EL wire class.

Sadly, currently lacking a time travel device, I haven't the vacation time...
