Patio?

mycrazyhair and I are planning to hit a patio somewhere tomorrow evening. Current front-runners are The Rebel House in Rosedale and Allen's on the Danforth.

Anyone want to come along? Any other location suggestions?

I'm going to call some time tomorrow and see if they'll take reservations.

I'd be up for it depending on the time and what happens when I try to meet up with a friend visiting from south of the border.

I'm going to shoot for some time between 6 and 6:30 as a start time, continuing until it gets too cold to sit outside.

If things work out, call my cell and I can let you know where we end up - no one's giving out patio reservations today, so we might end up trying multiple places.

Might be able to come out. Don't know when Zingerella will be finished work.

I never realized that Allen's had a patio, despite spending half my Riverdale life next door in the Dora. I have hit the one at the Old Nick on a few occasions, though.

The patio at The Epicure on Queen Street is a good one, too. Or at least was last time I was there. Also enjoyed the one at the Cadillac Lounge.

Apparently the Allen's patio is enclosed by pretty trees, making it that much more awesome. So I am told, anyway - I've never been.

I'm going to call around to try to make reservations some time around noon for a planned start time of around 6-6:30, depending on whetehr or not C or I can make it to either place by then.

I am LEAVING WORK by 5:45. I hope to leave work before then. Life's too short to spend doing work on beautiful afternoons.

I am in favour of time spent on patios. I prefer patios that also have ice cream and/or smoothies, but I'll defer to the wishes of those whose use of patios is more traditional.

There's a nice patio at the Living Well café on Yonge St., of all places, and, of course, there's always the Green Room's patio, which is fine as long as you don't eat anything.

Ok, no one is giving out patio reservations, so we might have to try multiple spots before we get a patio spot. I'll try to update everyone with a location as soon as I have one (hopefully around 5 at the latest, so people have time to arrive by 6ish)
