Last call; I am getting rid of a big stack of Mad Magazines form the 60s and 70s. Not in mint condition. Included in the stack are send-ups of the original Willard and the first Star Wars.

Also in the stack, National Lampoon's 70s spoof of Cosmo, including a nude Henry Kissinger centrefold.

Priority will be given to people who actually want to read them as opposed to trying to sell them on ebay - note: none of these are actually worth anything on ebay.

If no one is interested, they're going into the recycling bin.

drat, lj ate my comment...

i just said, gimme a couple of minutes, one of my peeps is a mad Mad fan, and he might love to read those - he just doesn't have a lot of space right now, i'm going to go ask him right now!

minxy knows her friend :)

If the Mad's are still available i'd love to have them. I was just talking to someone while on vacation about Mad Magazines. Me and this complete stranger from boston spent 15 minutes going over our favourite Mad moments.

Thank you! :-)

It's actually one of many, and is simply something I picked up on Google one day. I wanted something fairly simple that fit in with the colour scheme of my LJ at the time.

Ha! I actually bought a few of those fresh at the news stand, I remember the Willard one... and the spoof of National Lampoon's Vacation...
