I've got some sample characters up for the Nano-Victorian Future
here
. There will be more as time allows today, and hopefully also a sample combat.

This definitely helps - I think my character is shaping up. In my head, anyway. :-)
I've also found a few useful links for picking names, which I figured I might as well share in case anyone else finds them useful:
Victorian era names
(from American sources rather then British, but probably a fair bit of overlap)
Victorian Names - Issendai's Lair
Victorian and Titanic Baby Names
(not sure what's up with "Titanic" in there, but I have a horrible suspicion they mean the movie)
Names of the United Kingdom
(zillions of links to sites of names from particular time periods)

Was it Victoria Day Monday that you were running the first game day? When do you plan on starting?

Yes, Victoria Day Monday (i.e., this coming Monday). Starting at 1pm.

Heya,
I think I'm going to head down to this steampunk thing, otherwise I'll miss all of the St. Lawrence Market fun. Hope to see you there!
