well, while homer sick, I decided to run debian's upgrade, because there were new security updates that I needed.
I had forgotten that debian had switch ed version since my last update.
so, today, I'm moving from the old stable (sid, i think) to woody, which used to be testing. I had meant to leave this for a weekend long job.
Mid-upgrade, I realised that i had run out of disk space. I think i have things straightened out now, I hope.
Some stuff is still pretty broken, and the upgrade is still on going, but it has disk space to upgrade in, and the important sutff seems to be working.

They should use a more reliable naming scheme, like something based on monkeys or candy.
That would be eaiser to remember.

"Oh, it's just a frozen gorllia" is as funny as "it's just a frozen bonobos monkey"
Well, it is to me, anyway.
