Yay! I'm glad your health issues are improving. Now you can start exercising, which will help with the BP problems even more. Avoiding high levels of sodium generally starts with reading labels. Like sugar, the amounts in non-fresh food would knock your socks off. Alas, it also means limiting eating in restaurants because they tend to put too much salt in their food.
