OK, folks, it's time to figure out February... I want to go out gothclubbing at least once in Feb., so if people have a night that would work better for them, and want to go with me, speak up.

I also know that there are various RPG things that people are talking about. [livejournal.com profile] night__watch is supposed to be in Beta Colony for the first leg of his sojourn the weekend of Feb. 7, though we're not sure which day he's arriving. GMs with [livejournal.com profile] night__watch-y games may want to keep that in mind.

Beyond that, here's a list of games that I'm thinking about running;

  • More SAS; I've got the next few "issues" planned out.

  • I've been thinking about co-running a fantasy game with [livejournal.com profile] kalivor

  • I've also been thinking about running Cry of the Unicorn as a face to face game, though I might like to wait until [livejournal.com profile] night__watch gets back to do this, since Marcus is pretty involved in the plot as I left it. The Chaosians might want to recast themselves in one way or another if this ever happens, since not much ever happened with the Chaos team.

  • I also want to play in some games, so hopefully the rest of you have ideas too.

  • [livejournal.com profile] neeuqdrazil got a steampunk RPG called Victoriana at xmas time, so theoretically she'll be looking to run that at some point too.

Yey for SAS! I'm really enjoying it.

I've been thinking about co-running a fantasy game with kalivor.

Yey for me running a game where you do most of the work, and I just get ideas for roping players in and spinning them around!

I've also been thinking about running Cry of the Unicorn as a face to face game, though I might like to wait until night__watch gets back to do this, since Marcus is pretty involved in the plot as I left it. Yey for Cry of the Unicorn! Though I wouldn't mind if this picked back up over e-mail ... while Dedalus would be fun to play face-to-face, I really think that he works best in writing.

I also want to play in some games, so hopefully the rest of you have ideas too.

I plan to start my game, eventually, but with Pez thinking of running something, Aberrant, SAS, Evil D&D, etc. (and me not having bought the rulebook, yet) I might hold off a little bit. It will be run, though ... I'm just feeling a bit gamed-out after last night ...

neeuqdrazil got a steampunk RPG called Victoriana at xmas time, so theoretically she'll be looking to run that at some point too.

Yey for Zil running a game!

eeep!

You'll be waiting a while for Zil to be running a game.

Umm, yeah, I guess that could work. I'll have to see. Given the people I'm trying to touch base with in Toronto (old U of T friends), I may not actually be available to RP... I'll make an effort, though.

As far as CoU, I'd like to see it in e-mail form again, though, yeah, Markus isn't likely to answer more than one a week. I think Kalivor's PBEM games were like 4/week on average, and that seems to be necessary for any progress to be made at all.

Large groups of PCs are best done face to face, though, I agree.
