The Turducken thing is something that I think zil, NH and I could tackle one time. It could be interesting.
Each person does a stuffing, the hard thing of course is the deboning, but I know there is a butcher in Oakville that debones.

I've been thinking lately about getting together with my mom and making one for next Thanksgiving.

Deboning isn't actually that hard - we could probably do it pretty easily ourselves, as long as we had a good set of knives.

It might be a lot of fun.
