In recent weeks, I had been staying up until 1 or 2 am on friday nights, then sleeping until 8 or so; I figured that my body just didn't want to give up its 6am wakeup time from the work week. Well, last night I wnet to bed around midnight. I woke up at 6am, sharp. And stayed up. Crazy ass internal clock.

Mine is surprisingly consistent as well, but I unfortunately don't have as much control over it as I should. I've been staying up until 1 or 2 on weeknights lately (bad idea), and though my alarm tries to get me up at 6, I've been consistently waking up on my own at 8. Thankfully that's kept me from being too late to work, but I really need to fix this and get up by 7 at the latest.
