The nights of strong dreams continue.

Last night featured an ACUS anxiety dream with special appearances by physical discomfort imagery. The only good part is that, in the dream, I had a car.

I'd like to start having some good dreams.

Have you tried directed dreaming at all?

I have in the past. My energy levels and sleep patterns are too messed up to make it workable right now, though.

I could loan you Lenore. Apparently last time I loaned Lenore to Webby she had dreams that she described as nightmares, but were pretty much my good dreams.

Maybe I should just use the head monkey that lizard keeps by her side of the bed to chase away work thoughts...
