My appointment was at 9:40 this morning. It's now 12:15, and I am still waiting. I need to get a prescription renewed, and get the final word on the heart weirdness I had a while ago. I expect this to take 5-10 minutes, total.

This will tie up my last loose end with this doctor - hopefully, I can find one who will not require me to waste a day in a waiting room every 100 days or so.

i know this may be a bit out of the way - but have you tried any of the Dr's at the Sherbourne Health centre? It's at Sherbourne and Carleton. If you are a registered patient and need in to see your Dr. you are guaranteed in within 24 hours. I have never had to wait more than 7 minutes for my Dr (alright, once was 15 because the weather was crappy and she had car problems)... but they are a seriously good centre. I'm not sure how long the wait list is, or if they are still accepting new patients, but i can send you their link if you want (i dont' know how to do that properly here yet)
