Plan of attack on the body project:
- During next appointment with trainer, bring up cardio - see if there are ways to get more out of the 45 minutes I'm putting in. Is it worthwhile to track heart rate on the machines? If I go with short intense sprints more often, my heart rate will definitely go above what the machines consider safe.
- Be a lot more strict about sugary crap coming into the house, and chase away people with sugary crap at work.
- Go back to measuring everything I eat.
