While busy vacationing, I let my guard down (read: ignored my need for sleep and exercise), and have caught neeuqdrazil's cold. Curses! Thankfully, we have enough nyquil to last us through to Tuesday when all the stores reopen.

It was surprisingly easy - I actually just followed the instructions on the box, although I used mini potatoes (multi-coloured! Purple potatoes are cool!) instead of the cut-up potatoes that they suggested.

I ended up using twice the basting liquid that they suggested (it's olive oil, soy sauce, and ground sage), but that was mostly because of the stupidly large number of potatoes that I used.

Do follow the instructions - it needs to be covered.

If it turns out that you don't have what you need, give us a call - we'll be home all day tomorrow, and I should be able to provide the various bits and pieces.
