We've been to Woodstock and back. I'm packing my gear for Kingston to visit neeuqdrazil's family.

I'm physically, emotionally and mentally exhausted. I did something Bad to my back while dancing Saturday.

Also, I won't be making Dark Rave on the 6th - I'll be Up North, in a yurt.

I will have net access while I'm in Kingston, should anyone need to get ahold of me. My cell will also work there.

What's a "yurt"?

In theory, a big felt tent. In practice, I'm not sure what we'll end up with.

I'm told it's heated somehow. It remains to be seen how yturty our yurt is. It may just be a hut with pretensions of yurtishness.

Ooooo! Yurt! I think I can speak for all the adults in the house when I say, "Yay!" and "Envious!" (We looked into yurting last Xmas break, but thought the kids might be less than impressed). I look forward to reviews.

The little snow we've had has all melted pretty much as it hit the ground. :(
