Sleep continues to hate me. Tomorrow, I bring it up with my doctor again.
I woke up at 3:30, got back to sleep until 4:30, then woke up again at 5, and gave up. I took my time getting ready, then slogged through heavy traffic to arrive 10 minutes earlier than usual, after waking up an hour earlier. Doom! There has been caffeine. I am still undecided on the whole "murdering the world with my thoughts" plan.

Push for a sleep lab, love. This isn't normal, nor is it healthy.
Also, please don't murder the world with your thoughts. There are some people out there that I'd miss!

I know I was one last night. I think I got go sleep by 2, might have been 2:30. I was up by 6. Normally, to operate I need at least 7 hrs, and there've been a few nights this week with less sleep than I need. Basically, I am also hos-ed. I also have had caffeine, and I'm going now for more. At least I'll be eating soon. That may help a little.
