Just had me a nice little wave of vertigo. As in, with no warning, the room went spinny and I felt like I had to hold on to the desk. Only lasted about 5 seconds, but, um, that's fricking weird.

spins acompanied with a ringing or a wooosh sound and or possably tingles?

prolly just a head rush from rapid change in blood presure.

Nope. This happened while I was sitting at my desk, movement was at most a slight right to left turn in my chair.
