there's always "writing them in Notepad then emailing them to your personal account so you can post them later" :)

really, if there's a way to get people to write more thinky stuff, i'm all about helping find ways around the system ;-)

But if they are anything like some places they ignore all the staff reading long minutes of Popsugar (http://www.popsugar.com/) and garbage like that in favor of watching over others shoulders to see if we're on teh interwebs...whether it even vaguely work related or not.
