Just had me a nice little wave of vertigo. As in, with no warning, the room went spinny and I felt like I had to hold on to the desk. Only lasted about 5 seconds, but, um, that's fricking weird.

Yeah, I cancelled my planned gym excursion and just came home. Hopefully, early bed tonight.
